Running hits total is now 11943 - very gratifying.

Taking stock of overall progress after my Wild Bird Photography Warehouse Express blog article was so positively received.

Update is currently pending for 2011 images - Spain visit this year was later than normal, meaning migrated birds were further into their breeding activities. Timing, breeding, weather, light - it's all in the lap of the gods.

Several pluses as a result - outweighing the minuses I feel. You'll judge for yourself.
